These days, it’s typical for dieters to track how many calories they’ve burned or steps they’ve taken throughout the day, but what about how much they’ve chewed? New research finds that monitoring how many bites you take may be the new key to weight loss, and a nifty little device could help you keep track. Just like a pedometer, The Bite Monitor measures how many bites you take. According to researchers at Clemson University, people using The Bite Monitor should be taking a recommended 100 bites per day for potential weight loss.
